The echoes of Portland Startup Week are still being felt for us over here at Conello! We’ve had several calls with potential partners, equity volunteers, and have been making progress towards formalizing our business structure as we grow! We’re hooked and plan on attending several more pitch competitions and local events to take advantage of this incredible Portland entrepreneurs network!
In our continued conversations with HR professionals, one key takeaway has been that even when HR services are outsourced, the need for strong internal engagement and a sense of community within organizations remains critical. It reinforced how essential it is for companies to invest in building culture, connection, and meaningful employee experiences, regardless of how their HR functions are structured.
As promised, here’s a snippet of some of the interview coverage we received from PSU for our involvement in the Everyday Entrepreneur Pitch Competition!View Post

We are beyond excited to say that we have FOUR equity volunteers joining us, and counting! These talented individuals will serve critical functions as we do continuous customer discovery, product development, and outreach!
Each newsletter we will highlight one of our volunteers with our 5 Questions series. For today, please give a warm welcome to Jesse Osborne! He’ll be joining us as a Customer Success Manager. Here’s a quote from Jesse:
I’m passionate about workplace engagement, simply put! The care, thought, and ideas our team has already invested in the growing focus on workplace engagement can only continue to flourish, and I knew I had to be part of it.
