We left recharged and inspired, particularly by founders and investors who, like us, believe great companies don’t just build products, they build strong cultures.

We also hosted a lively Braindate on “Building a Strong Company Culture from Day 0”. Together, we explored what it really takes to create a thriving team from the very beginning, starting with a strong foundational layer with clear expectations around company values and responsibilities.

We then dove deep into how interpersonal relationships are the real glue that strengthens teams and propels them to the next level. One key takeaway? Every strong culture needs relevant rituals, or small, meaningful habits that unite a team around shared purpose or personal interests. For us at Conello, that’s coming together to play games and puzzles! 🤓

Some early feedback from our pilot programs is in, and teams are reaffirming what we’ve always believed: to truly strengthen connections for remote and hybrid teams, we have to meet people where they already work.

That means seamless integration with existing tools. So, alongside ongoing game development and UX improvements, we’re especially excited to announce what’s next:
