We’ve been busy as ever attending local events and running demos, and we’re excited to share that we are heading to San Francisco next month for a big event! That’s right, this October you’ll be able to find us at TechCrunch Disrupt! It’s a fantastic opportunity to showcase Conello, connect with other innovators, and get feedback from a diverse community. If you’re going or have any first-time attendee tips, drop us a line. We’d love to meet you in person and talk about all things teamwork and connection!
We’re wrapping up our 5 Questions series with the founder who started it all: Kyra Boveda!
A software engineer, MBA student, artist, and gamer, Kyra brings a true Jill-of-all-Trades approach to building Conello. In this Q&A, she shares her professional superpower, what excites her about leading the team, and her dream for a future of work where connection is valued as much as productivity.
What excites me most is creating the kind of environment I always wished for… a culture where people can bring their whole selves…and feel supported to take risks and to try new things… Already I’ve been blown away by the expertise, passion, and commitment that my small yet mighty team brings. Together, I believe that we can truly change the future of work!
Kudos
What are the best ways we can celebrate team and individual wins in Conello? Well, we’re taking cues directly from our demos and info sessions to develop solutions for exactly that! Our new filter-and-export option for kudos makes it easier for management to track team wins and carry those moments forward.
Personality Quiz
Because Conello is all about data meets fun n’ games, we’re excited to dig into our next game concept: personality quizzes! The idea is to create a playful way for managers to uncover new layers of team dynamics while keeping things light and engaging. It’s still early days, but the Conello Quiz has the potential to be both insightful and a total blast!
